President Martelly defends the agriculture cause to the EU

For the next five years, the EU will allocate 420 million euros. During his time in Europe, at the EU-CELAC summit, President Michel Martelly explained that our main priority is agriculture in the context of strengthening the trade balance deficit and the low public investment in agriculture.
