Charles Jean-Jacques installed as new National Authorising Officer

Charles Jean-Jacques, the new National Authorising Officer, was installed in office by Prime Minister Évans Paul, during a ceremony held at the Prime Minister’s office on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015. The National Authorising Office has the task of ensuring the implementation of the Lomé Agreement and implementation of cooperation programs financed by the European Development Fund.
