Brutus before the Security Council

Pierre Duly Brutus, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religious Affairs, spoke on Monday January 19, 2015 during the 7,361st meeting of the Security Council of the United Nations in New York. It was an opportunity for the Minister to reaffirm Haiti’s position and commitment on "An inclusive development for the maintenance of international peace and security."
