Haiti opens its arms to professionals in the Diaspora

Francois Guillaume II, Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE in French), announced the establishment of an integration program for diaspora professionals within the public administration sector. Haitian nationals will be recruited in the coming months to bring their experiences to local public institutions through the program set to begin in January 2015.
