"97% of children are behind in school at the basic level"

Together with USAID, the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP in French) held a workshop on "Strategic Dialogue about Reading” on the 19th and 20th of November at the Hotel Montana. These meetings sought primarily to evaluate "Tout Timoun Ap Li"(TATAL) implemented for over two years by the Ministry and USAID.

More than sixty MENFP and USAID participants, as well as representatives of the departmental directorates of education, took part in two days of dialogue on improving reading in Haiti.
