HMS Iron Duke visits Haiti

The frigate of the British Royal Navy, HMS Iron Duke, arrived in Haiti on November 23, 2014 on its way back from a 6 month deployment in the South Atlantic.

The type 23 frigate docked the port of Cap-Haitien for 2 days and received local dignitaries at a reception. Its sailors took part in local outreach projects to provide assistance to the community and challenged a Haitian team during a football game, according to a statement.
