llThat night Paris welcomed the Haitian art exhibition at the Grand Palais. I observed excitement in the eyes of visitors as they drank in the 168 works by 60 Haitian artists most of whom were Haitian artists living in Haiti or scattered in some major European and American capitals.
Much enthusiasm was heard in the remarks of the French and Haitian officials who officially opened the Haitian culture and art exhibition at the Grand Palais.
This mobilization illuminates Haiti and sells a positive image of Haiti’s artistic and cultural heritage.
