llBas Norguès, a district of Chris-Roi, severely affected by the earthquake of January 2010, now has a sports field. In addition to this sports field, the district’s road is open for circulation. Eighty meters of road was laid to facilitate the flow of traffic in this area. Almost all the inhabitants of the community attended the inauguration of the infrastructural project launched in early 2013 and funded 80 % by the European Union for about 5.3 million euros.
