"Gouvènman an lakay ou" President Martelly returned to the fold and made the people happy

Michel J. Martelly, President of the Republic, and Prime Minister Laurent S. Lamothe, conducted the 11th edition of "Gouvènman an lakay ou" in Côtes-de-Fer (Southeast Department). This was an opportunity for the government to provide some details about the Special Plan for Côtes-de-Fer and other projects that are being implemented in the county, including the construction of the road section commonly known as Carrefour 44.
