Having been recognized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Rock André, founder and director of CEDEL-HAITI, was in Florida to participate in a conference for entrepreneurship educators from September 18th to 21st in Gainesville. After the conference, a memorandum was signed between the University of Florida and Mr. André.
