The Haitian government identifies its citizens in the Dominican Republic

François Guillaume II, Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, accompanied by Marc Elie Nelson, General Director, and one of his advisers Gustave Acacia, joined colleagues from the National Archives, the National Identification Office (ONI in French) and the Immigration Office.
