Paleo Diet
This diet which consists of eating like paleolithic humans is based on several controversial premises, like the fact that human genetics have barely evolved since the dawn of agriculture, about 15,000 years ago; also that modern humans are adapted to the diet of the Paleolithic period. So basically eat like a caveman! You basically eat lots of fresh lean meats, eggs, fish, vegetables and all processed foods are out.
