The Tocayo project comes to an end

Two days of panel discussions were organized in Ouanaminthe on March 28th and 29th, on the theme "Public-Private Alliances to generate economic opportunities in the cultural sector."

It was also a way to create a space for collaboration between Haitian and Dominican private companies and the cultural sector. Arnoux Descardes, Executive Director for Volunteers Development of Haiti (VDH), took the opportunity to acknowledge the support from UNESCO. Many Haitians, Dominicans, and Spanish experts, such as Barbara Stephenson Prézeau, Eddy Lubin, Javier Brun González, and Elizardo Puello, fueled the debates.
